Kim Sang-Kyu

Abstract
Implementing exercises during shoulder rehabilitation is influenced by the interaction of exercise mode, contraction type, speed of motion, and joint angle. The progression of functional exercise is therefore a result of a constant interplay of exercise variables applied with proper timing to coincide with soft tissue healing and improvement in the patient¡¯s motor capabilities. The clinician assumes the responsibility for effective and creative rehabilitation by using a wide range of treatment options and strategies. We present a treatment strategy for shoulder rehabilitation with therapeutic exercise by reviewing pertinent articles and textbooks.
